How beautiful these replicas of traditional ancient olive oil
jars can look in your living room, hall, on the
terrace or in the garden. Just use your your imagination.
As a pot for dried flowers, an umbrella stand, a table for the tv,
spot lit in a niche - or in the garden just to
the left of the door...
The simple beauty of KORYPHÄE amphores is captivating
without being too ornate. They are like the
classical Greek prototypes which are still in use in
Greece today to store olive oil, grain etc or just as
decoration
A small traditional pottery close to Kalamata throws these
pots for us on their wheel. They will withstand all weathers and wind
because they are thick and robust. Because they are hand made
from good quality materials they have to be more expensive
than pots which are mass produced.
